Built by the architects at Hauser — calibrated against our built self-storage and flex projects. Drag any red corner. Click any building to flip it single / double loaded. Drag the pond.

HOW THIS WORKS

Buildings snap to whole units and re-lay bottom-up inside your buffer and perimeter fire lane. Click a building to toggle its loading — an all-single row at the site edge backs up to the buffer with no rear drive. The pond sizes itself to your percentage of impervious area. The Δ compares against a squared-off rectangle of the same acreage, proportions, module and pond ratio, so a clean rectangle reads ±0.

Like what fits? Let's test-fit your real parcel.

This is a planning estimator. A real test fit — with your survey, your jurisdiction's setbacks, fire access and stormwater standards — is how you underwrite before you close.
