Project Description: The Frederick Public Works Facility is an 18,650 SF pre-engineered Steel Building system located on a 5.0 acre site in the new Eagle Business Park. The building contains 3,420 SF of finished office space and 15,230 SF of vehicle shop, maintenance and storage space. Site amenities include a storage garage, commodity storage, and magnesium chloride storage/dispensing station. The construction cost is $2,523,445.
