Martin Homes Exterior Martin Homes, LLC is building a  one office building with approx. 2500 sq feet of office space and 3500 sq. feet of indoor storage space.

Sky Ranch Sky Ranch Lutheran Camp is 2,800 SF and provides sleeping quarters and meeting space for 32 persons.

Acertara is an independent ultrasound testing, repair, and calibration laboratory  located in Longmont Colorado. It is a 30,000 Square feet 2 story building.  Acertara will use 15,000 square feet and  the remaining 15,000 square feet is leasable core and shell space. The  project’s estimated cost is 3.2 Million.

Hauser Architects will be designing  banks for The Bank of Colorado in Fort Morgan and Brighton.

Hauser Architects and Roche Contructors were selected to design/build the new county’s Jail 2 West Expansion project. The expansion will create a three-story, 129,537 SF addition and renovate 19,000 SF of the existing building. Construction is expected to start in early 2019 and be completed in early 2021. This phase is valued at $38 million.
