Hauser Architects was formed in 2003 by Alan Hauser and is based in Loveland, Colorado. Alan was also an owner of Loveland based Architecture One, P.C. from 1984 until 2003.

Alan Hauser, Principal
Alan Hauser is a highly accomplished architect and the driving force behind Hauser Architects. With a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Illinois (Champaign-Urbana) and over four decades of experience in the field, Alan has established himself as one of the most talented and knowledgeable architects in the industry.
After previously being an owner of Architecture One, Alan founded Hauser Architects in 2003 with the goal of creating a firm that would deliver exceptional design services to clients across Northern Colorado. With his passion for architecture, his commitment to quality, and his unwavering dedication, Alan has built Hauser Architects into one of the premier architecture firms in the region.
Whether working on complex commercial projects, custom homes, educational facilities, or any other type of building, Alan brings a unique perspective and a wealth of experience to every project he takes on. He is committed to delivering the highest quality work, on time and on budget, and is dedicated to helping his clients achieve their goals and exceed their expectations.
Curtis Koldeway, Partner
Curtis is a highly talented and accomplished architect with a passion for design and a commitment to delivering exceptional work. He is a 2012 graduate of the University of Colorado Denver, where he earned his Masters in Architecture, and is a licensed architect with a wealth of experience and expertise.
Curtis joined Hauser Architects in 2015 and quickly established himself as a valuable member of the team. With his dedication, hard work, and exceptional design skills, he has made a significant impact on the firm and has earned a reputation as one of the top architects in the industry.

Bryan DeForge
Bryan DeForge is a seasoned project manager at Hauser Architects who has dedicated his career to delivering high-quality architectural solutions to clients in Loveland and beyond. With over 18 years of experience, Bryan has honed his skills in construction document preparation and contract administration, and is known for his attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
Since joining Hauser Architects at its inception in 2003, Bryan has been responsible for working with staff and consultants to complete detailed construction documents. He also serves as the primary owner representative during the construction contract administration phase, ensuring that projects stay on track and that the owner's interests are protected.
Bryan's roots run deep in Loveland, Colorado, where he was born and raised. This local knowledge, combined with his expertise in the architectural field, gives Bryan a unique perspective and ability to understand the specific needs of the community. He brings a passion for design and a commitment to quality to every project he works on, ensuring that the final result exceeds his clients' expectations.
Kahlil Deerman
Kahlil is a 2001 graduate of the University of Colorado. He is a licensed Architect. He has worked with firms in Colorado since his graduation and specializes working in Revit. Kahlil began working at Hauser Architects in  February of 2015.
Tim Stroh
Tim Stroh graduated from Montana State University in 2004 with a Masters Degree in Architecture. He is a licensed architect. He worked for Boulder Associates before joining the Hauser Architects team in 2016. Tim was born and raised in Loveland Colorado.
Brianna Lamb
Brianna is a 2019 graduate of the University of Colorado's Environmental Design program. Her duties at Hauser Architects includes producing construction documents and design in Revit.
Ian Klene
Ian is a 2020 graduate of the University of Colorado in the Environmental Design program. His duties at Hauser Architects includes producing construction documents and design in Revit. Ian is a Colorado native.
Ian Roush
Ian Roush graduated from CU with a masters of architecture in 2019. Ian R was born and raised in Longmont Colorado and began working at Hauser Architects in March 2022.
Jordan Woolums
Jordan is a graduate of the University of Colorado's Program in Environmental Design. Her responsibilities at Hauser Architects include creating construction documents and designs. She is a Colorado native and enjoys hiking and camping with her dog in her freetime.
