Hauser Architects was formed in 2003 by Alan Hauser and is based in Loveland, Colorado. Alan was also an owner of Loveland based Architecture One, P.C. from 1984 until 2003.

Curtis Koldeway, Principal
Curtis is a highly accomplished architect demonstrating a profound passion for design and a steadfast commitment to delivering exceptional work. He is a 2012 graduate of the University of Colorado Denver, where he earned his Master's degree in Architecture, and is a licensed architect with extensive experience and expertise.
He joined Hauser Architects in 2015 and quickly distinguished himself as a valuable member of the team. Through his dedication, hard work, and exceptional design skills, he has made a significant impact on the firm and has earned a reputation as one of the leading architects in the industry.
Currently, Curtis is proud to be a Principal at Hauser Architects and remains dedicated to supporting the firm's continued growth and success. Whether collaborating with clients to realize their vision or managing complex projects, Curtis brings a unique perspective and a passion for design to all his endeavors.
Bryan DeForge
Bryan DeForge is a highly accomplished Project Manager at Hauser Architects, dedicated to delivering high-quality architectural solutions across the Loveland area for over 18 years. Since joining the firm at its inception in 2003, he has refined his expertise in construction document preparation and contract administration, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to detail and excellence. Mr. DeForge is responsible for collaborating with staff and consultants to complete detailed construction documents. Furthermore, he serves as the primary owner's representative during the construction administration phase, ensuring projects remain on schedule and that the owner's critical interests are protected throughout the build. As a lifelong resident of Loveland, Colorado, Bryan possesses a unique perspective and deep understanding of the community's needs, which, combined with his extensive architectural expertise, allows him to consistently deliver results that exceed client expectations.
Kahlil Deerman
Kahlil Deerman is a licensed Architect and a 2001 graduate of the University of Colorado. Since graduation, he has worked with firms throughout Colorado and specializes in Revit. He joined Hauser Architects in February 2015.
Tim Stroh
Tim Stroh graduated from Montana State University in 2004 with a Masters Degree in Architecture. He is a licensed architect. He worked for Boulder Associates before joining the Hauser Architects team in 2016. Tim was born and raised in Loveland Colorado.
Brianna Lamb
Brianna is a 2019 graduate of the University of Colorado's Environmental Design program. Her duties at Hauser Architects includes producing construction documents and design in Revit.

Sheemantini Paik
A recent graduate of the M.Arch 2 program at Virginia Tech College of Architecture and Urban Studies, Sheemantini brings a blend of architectural design, academic research, and technical proficiency. Her experience includes roles as a Research Associate and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Virginia Tech, along with architectural internships at BSB Design and Salient Design Studio. Proficient in Revit, Rhino 3D, and the Adobe Creative Suite, she is actively seeking full-time job opportunities in architecture.
Dayna Koldeway
As the Office Manager and effective Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Dayna Koldeway is essential to the successful operation of the firm. She is responsible for the comprehensive financial health and administrative functions that allow our design team to focus on creating architecture.
